You will advise stakeholders navigating the convergence of:

YOUR CONSULTING MANDATE
DIAGNOSE
Assess existing financial processes, platforms, operating models and customer journeys.
Identify inefficiencies, technological constraints and strategic gaps.
DESIGN
Develop transformation strategies addressing technology, operations, products and customer experience.
QUANTIFY
Build business cases that evaluate investment requirements, expected benefits, operational impact and commercial potential.
PRIORITISE
Determine which transformation initiatives should receive immediate attention and which should follow.
MOBILISE
Support programme teams as strategies move from executive concept to implementation.

Strong business-case development capabilities.

Experience creating executive presentations and transformation roadmaps.
