Job Title: Remote Fintech Transaction Processing & Systems Coordinator

Role Objective
To coordinate and optimize the systems responsible for processing financial transactions, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and alignment between technical infrastructure and operational requirements.

Functional Responsibilities
Transaction Monitoring
- Oversee transaction processing across fintech systems
- Identify and resolve processing errors or delays
- Ensure high system availability and reliability
System Coordination
- Act as a bridge between technical and operations teams
- Ensure alignment between system capabilities and operational needs
- Support system upgrades and enhancements
Data Integrity & Reporting
- Ensure accuracy of transaction data across systems
- Prepare reports on transaction performance and system efficiency
- Support audits with accurate system data
Process Optimization
- Identify inefficiencies in transaction processing systems
- Recommend and implement improvements
- Enhance system performance and operational workflows
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in fintech systems, payments, or operations
- Understanding of transaction processing systems and APIs
- Strong analytical and coordination skills
