Primary Responsibilities
Software Engineering
- Design enterprise-grade fintech applications.
- Develop scalable backend microservices.
- Build secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Integrate payment gateways and banking interfaces.
- Engineer real-time financial transaction engines.
- Optimize software for high-throughput environments.
Platform Innovation
- Build cloud-native financial platforms.
- Improve application resilience and scalability.
- Develop reusable software libraries.
- Enhance application monitoring and observability.
- Automate deployment pipelines.
- Contribute to technical architecture decisions.
Engineering Excellence
- Conduct peer code reviews.
- Mentor junior software developers.
- Maintain software documentation.
- Ensure compliance with secure software engineering standards.
- Participate in Agile software delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Expertise in Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with Spring Boot, ASP.NET Core, or FastAPI.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
