About the Opportunity
An internationally expanding financial technology enterprise is establishing a new executive division dedicated to venture incubation, emerging financial technologies, and strategic fintech investments.
We are seeking an accomplished Chief Fintech Strategy & Ventures Officer to identify disruptive financial innovations, launch high-impact digital finance initiatives, and build strategic partnerships that accelerate long-term growth across the GCC and international markets.
Reporting directly to the Group Chief Executive Officer, you will oversee enterprise innovation, venture partnerships, digital transformation, and technology commercialization while positioning the organization at the forefront of financial technology.
Executive Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise fintech growth and innovation strategies.
- Lead venture partnership and investment initiatives.
- Identify emerging fintech market opportunities.
- Build strategic alliances with banks, payment providers, and technology companies.
- Direct AI-driven financial product innovation.
- Oversee commercialization of new digital financial services.
- Lead cross-functional executive innovation teams.
- Present strategic investment recommendations to the Board.
- Monitor global fintech trends and competitive intelligence.
- Champion a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
Executive Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- 15+ years of leadership experience in fintech, venture capital, digital banking, or financial technology.
- Proven track record in enterprise growth and strategic partnerships.
- Strong executive communication and commercial negotiation skills.
