The Executive Opportunity
A globally integrated financial technology institution is seeking a visionary Global Head of Fintech Infrastructure & Payment Networks to architect the future of enterprise-grade financial connectivity across international payment corridors.
This executive leadership role is responsible for designing resilient fintech infrastructure that powers digital banking, payment switching, merchant acquiring, API banking, digital wallets, and cross-border financial transactions. You will drive innovation by integrating intelligent automation, cloud-native technologies, and scalable financial platforms into a unified digital ecosystem.
Working closely with executive leadership, regulators, strategic partners, and engineering teams, you will shape the next era of financial infrastructure while ensuring security, compliance, and operational excellence.
Your Executive Mandate
- Define enterprise fintech infrastructure strategy.
- Lead modernization of payment switching platforms.
- Expand Open Banking connectivity.
- Build highly available financial API ecosystems.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- 12+ years leading enterprise fintech or banking infrastructure.
- Strong background in payment technologies.
- Proven executive leadership experience.
- Excellent commercial and strategic planning capabilities.
