A fast-scaling fintech organization is looking for a highly analytical Fintech Revenue Operations Manager to optimize commercial performance across digital payments, subscription services, merchant solutions, embedded finance, and customer acquisition initiatives.
Working across finance, sales, product, and customer success functions, you will develop scalable operational processes that improve forecasting accuracy, revenue visibility, and sustainable business growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop revenue operations strategies and performance frameworks.
- Monitor commercial KPIs and forecasting models.
- Optimize sales processes and customer lifecycle operations.
- Analyze financial performance and business trends.
- Support pricing optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with finance and commercial leadership.
- Produce executive revenue intelligence reports.
- Improve operational efficiency through automation.
- Manage CRM and commercial reporting accuracy.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or Information Systems.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue operations, fintech, banking, or commercial analytics.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and reporting skills.
- Experience with enterprise CRM and business intelligence platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder communication abilities.
