Position Summary
This role is structured around the lifecycle of fintech product deployment and ongoing support. The Associate will assist in implementing digital financial solutions, ensuring that products are delivered efficiently, function effectively, and meet both user and regulatory expectations.
Role Lifecycle Involvement
Product Implementation
- Support onboarding of new fintech solutions, including configuration and testing.
- Assist in coordinating product rollouts across digital platforms.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure readiness prior to launch.
Post-Launch Support
- Monitor product performance and identify operational or technical issues.
- Provide support for troubleshooting and resolving user-reported challenges.
- Maintain documentation related to product features and updates.
Continuous Improvement
- Gather user feedback and translate it into actionable product insights.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance functionality.
- Contribute to iterative improvements based on market needs.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setup.
