Position: Fintech Lending Operations & Credit Assessment Specialist
Location: Remote (Qatar Market Focus)

Role Objective
To manage and optimize digital lending operations, ensuring efficient credit assessment processes, risk evaluation, and loan lifecycle management within Qatar’s fintech sector.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Operational Efficiency
- Reduce loan processing time while maintaining accuracy.
- Improve turnaround time for credit approvals and disbursements.
Risk Management
- Maintain low default rates through effective credit assessment.
- Identify high-risk applicants using data-driven evaluation methods.
Customer Experience
- Ensure smooth and transparent lending processes.
- Minimize application errors and delays.
Portfolio Performance
- Monitor loan portfolio health and repayment trends.
- Support strategies to improve repayment rates and reduce delinquencies.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate loan applications and assess creditworthiness.
- Analyze financial data, credit reports, and risk indicators.
- Approve or recommend loan decisions based on assessment criteria.
- Monitor active loans and repayment performance.
- Collaborate with risk and compliance teams.
Experience Requirements
- 4–7 years in lending operations, credit analysis, or fintech finance.
- Strong understanding of digital lending platforms and credit models.
