Role Overview
The Fintech API Integration & Partnerships Specialist is responsible for managing integrations between fintech platforms and external financial services, while also building and maintaining strategic partnerships within Saudi Arabia’s digital finance ecosystem.
Functional Modules
API Integration Management
- Oversee integration of APIs for payments, banking, and financial services.
- Ensure seamless connectivity between internal systems and external partners.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and maintain system reliability.
Partner Onboarding
- Identify and onboard financial institutions and service providers.
- Facilitate technical and operational integration processes.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between internal and external teams.
Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Address partner concerns and ensure service quality.
- Support long-term collaboration strategies.
Performance Monitoring
- Track integration performance and API usage metrics.
- Identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Ensure scalability of integration frameworks.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all integrations comply with Saudi financial regulations.
- Maintain technical and operational documentation.
- Support audits and regulatory reviews.
Required Qualifications
- 5–9 years of experience in fintech integrations, partnerships, or technical operations.
- Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations.
- Experience working with financial service providers.
