Position Title: Remote Fintech Product Operations & Lifecycle Manager
Location: Remote (Aligned with Kuwait Market)

Role Summary
The Product Operations & Lifecycle Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of fintech products—from ideation and launch to optimization and scaling. This role requires a structured approach to managing product operations while ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
Role Timeline & Milestones
Phase 1: Onboarding & Assessment (First 60 Days)
- Gain deep understanding of existing fintech products and operational workflows
- Assess current product performance, user engagement, and operational efficiency
- Identify key challenges and opportunities for improvement
Phase 2: Optimization & Process Enhancement (60–120 Days)
- Implement improvements in product operations and workflows
- Enhance coordination between product, engineering, and operations teams
- Introduce tools and processes to improve efficiency and scalability
Phase 3: Growth & Scaling (120+ Days)
- Drive product expansion and feature enhancements
- Optimize product performance based on user data and feedback
- Support scaling of operations to handle increased demand
Key Responsibilities (Ongoing)
- Manage day-to-day product operations and performance tracking
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product delivery
- Analyze product metrics and implement data-driven improvements
- Ensure alignment between product strategy and operational execution
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in fintech product operations or management
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management
- Experience with data analysis and operational tools
