Your Impact
- Develop and execute growth strategies for fintech products, including payments, wallets, and lending solutions
- Analyze user acquisition funnels and optimize conversion rates
- Leverage data analytics to identify behavioral trends and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to implement growth initiatives
- Design and run experiments (A/B testing) to improve product performance
- Monitor key growth metrics such as user retention, lifetime value (LTV), and churn rates
- Align growth strategies with regulatory requirements and market conditions in Saudi Arabia
What You Bring
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 4–7 years of experience in fintech product growth, digital marketing, or analytics
- Strong understanding of user acquisition strategies and digital product optimization
- Proficiency in analytics tools and growth frameworks
