Position: Financial Data Intelligence & Reporting Analyst
Location: Remote (UAE Market Focus)

Role Purpose
This role is focused on transforming financial and transactional data into actionable insights that support decision-making, performance optimization, and strategic planning within a fintech environment. The position requires strong analytical capabilities combined with an understanding of financial systems and digital transactions.
Key Focus Areas
Data Analysis & Interpretation
- Analyze transaction data, customer behavior, and financial performance metrics.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on payment flows, lending performance, or user engagement.
Reporting & Visualization
- Develop dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Present data insights in a clear and actionable format.
- Track key performance indicators such as transaction volumes, conversion rates, and revenue metrics.
Business Intelligence Support
- Work closely with product, operations, and finance teams to support decision-making.
- Provide recommendations based on data-driven findings.
- Assist in forecasting and scenario analysis.
Data Governance & Quality
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Maintain consistent data structures and reporting standards.
- Support compliance with UAE financial data regulations.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with large datasets and financial analytics.
- Understanding of fintech products such as payments, lending, or digital banking.
Experience
- 4–7 years in data analysis, financial analytics, or fintech reporting roles.
- Background in finance, data science, or business analytics.
