Role Introduction
This role is designed for professionals who can bridge the gap between data analysis and business growth within fintech. The Fintech Growth & Customer Insights Analyst will analyze customer behavior, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights to improve product adoption and engagement.
Scope of Influence
You will play a key role in shaping growth strategies by interpreting financial and user data. Your insights will guide product decisions, marketing strategies, and customer experience improvements within Bahrain’s fintech ecosystem.
Primary Responsibilities
Customer Behavior Analysis
- Analyze user interactions across fintech platforms to identify usage patterns.
- Segment customers based on behavior, demographics, and financial activity.
- Identify key drivers of customer acquisition and retention.
Growth Strategy Support
- Provide recommendations for improving user engagement and product adoption.
- Support marketing and product teams with data-driven insights.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of growth initiatives and campaigns.
Data Reporting & Visualization
- Develop dashboards and reports that track growth metrics.
- Present insights in a clear and actionable manner.
- Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, retention, and customer lifetime value.
Market & Trend Analysis
- Research fintech trends within Bahrain and the broader GCC region.
- Benchmark performance against competitors and industry standards.
- Identify emerging opportunities for expansion and innovation.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Understanding of fintech products such as payments, lending, or digital banking.
Experience & Education
- 4–7 years in data analytics, growth analysis, or fintech strategy roles.
- Degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related field.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
