Role Summary
The Fintech Payments Product Lifecycle Manager is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of digital payment products—from ideation and development through launch, optimization, and continuous improvement. This role requires a balance of product strategy, operational execution, and performance monitoring within Kuwait’s fintech ecosystem.
Product Lifecycle Responsibilities
1. Ideation & Market Research
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging payment trends and user needs.
- Evaluate competitive fintech offerings within Kuwait and the broader GCC region.
- Define product vision and align it with evolving digital payment demands.
2. Product Design & Development
- Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to design payment solutions.
- Define product specifications, user flows, and system requirements.
- Ensure seamless integration with payment gateways and financial systems.
3. Product Launch
- Coordinate go-to-market strategies for new payment features.
- Oversee product deployment and initial rollout phases.
- Ensure readiness of operational teams and support functions.
4. Performance Monitoring
- Track key performance indicators such as transaction volume and success rates.
- Analyze user behavior and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively.
5. Optimization & Scaling
- Implement enhancements based on performance data and user feedback.
- Scale successful payment solutions across broader user segments.
- Continuously refine product features to maintain competitiveness.
Required Qualifications
- 5–9 years of experience in fintech product management or payments.
- Strong understanding of digital payment systems and infrastructure.
- Experience managing product lifecycles in a remote environment.
