Job Title: Remote Fintech Merchant Onboarding & Payment Enablement Specialist
Location: Remote (Serving Oman Market)

Role Overview
This role is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of merchant onboarding, from initial registration through to full payment enablement. The position ensures that merchants are seamlessly integrated into fintech platforms and can accept digital payments efficiently and securely.
Lifecycle Responsibilities
Merchant Acquisition Support
- Assist in onboarding new merchants onto digital payment platforms
- Verify submitted documentation and business details
- Coordinate onboarding workflows with internal stakeholders
System Integration & Enablement
- Support integration of merchant systems with payment gateways
- Configure payment acceptance channels (POS, online, mobile)
- Ensure readiness for transaction processing
Testing & Go-Live Execution
- Conduct transaction testing across payment channels
- Validate system readiness before activation
- Support merchants during go-live phase
Post-Onboarding Optimization
- Monitor merchant transaction performance
- Provide operational support and troubleshooting
- Recommend improvements to increase transaction success rates
Compliance & Risk Monitoring
- Ensure onboarding meets regulatory requirements
- Monitor merchant activity for irregular patterns
- Maintain accurate onboarding records
Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in fintech, payments, or merchant services
- Strong understanding of payment gateways and onboarding processes
- Experience working with merchants or financial platforms
- Ability to operate remotely with minimal supervision
