Role Mission
The Merchant Acquisition & Partnerships Manager is responsible for expanding the fintech ecosystem by onboarding merchants and building strategic partnerships that drive transaction growth and platform adoption.

Market Expansion
- Successfully onboard a significant number of merchants
- Expand presence across key commercial sectors
- Strengthen fintech ecosystem participation
Partnership Development
- Establish partnerships with financial institutions and service providers
- Negotiate agreements that enhance platform capabilities
- Maintain strong partner relationships
Revenue Growth
- Drive transaction volume through merchant activity
- Identify revenue opportunities within the ecosystem
- Contribute to overall financial growth
Operational Efficiency
- Streamline merchant onboarding processes
- Reduce onboarding time and friction
- Improve merchant satisfaction and retention
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential merchant partners
- Conduct negotiations and finalize agreements
- Manage onboarding and integration processes
- Monitor merchant performance and engagement
Required Experience
- 4–9 years in fintech, payments, or business development
- Proven experience in merchant acquisition or partnerships
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Understanding of digital payment ecosystems
