Position Overview
A forward-thinking organization is seeking an experienced Blockchain Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade blockchain ecosystems. The successful candidate will define technical architectures, guide development teams, and deliver scalable blockchain solutions that enhance transparency, automation, and digital innovation across business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable blockchain architectures for enterprise solutions.
- Define technical standards and blockchain implementation strategies.
- Lead the architecture of decentralized applications and distributed systems.
- Evaluate blockchain platforms and recommend suitable technologies.
- Collaborate with software engineers, solution architects, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance across blockchain environments.
- Develop integration strategies with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
- Review technical designs, code quality, and solution performance.
- Prepare architecture documentation and technology roadmaps.
- Mentor development teams on blockchain best practices.
- Monitor emerging blockchain trends and recommend innovation opportunities.
- Support digital transformation initiatives through blockchain adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in blockchain architecture and distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of Ethereum, Hyperledger, Polygon, Solana, or similar blockchain platforms.
- Experience with Solidity, Go, Rust, Java, or Python.
- Deep understanding of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and smart contracts.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, microservices, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Professional blockchain certifications are highly desirable.
