Position: Remote Fintech Lending Operations & Credit Processing Specialist

Role Overview
This role is centered on managing digital lending operations, including credit application processing, loan lifecycle management, and ensuring efficient and accurate lending workflows within fintech platforms.
Capability Modules
Credit Application Processing
- Review and process loan applications
- Verify applicant data and supporting documents
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of submissions
Credit Decision Support
- Assist in evaluating creditworthiness based on predefined criteria
- Support automated and manual decisioning processes
- Maintain consistency in credit evaluation
Loan Lifecycle Management
- Manage disbursement, repayment tracking, and loan closure
- Monitor loan performance and repayment behavior
- Handle restructuring or adjustments when required
Operational Efficiency & Automation
- Identify inefficiencies in lending workflows
- Support automation of credit processing tasks
- Improve turnaround times for loan approvals
Compliance & Risk Oversight
- Ensure lending operations comply with regulations
- Monitor for potential credit risks
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting
Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in lending operations, credit processing, or fintech
- Understanding of digital lending platforms
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams
