Role Overview
This role is structured around the embedded finance value chain, ensuring that financial services—such as payments, lending, and wallet functionality—are seamlessly integrated into third-party platforms. The position requires operational oversight across multiple stages of partner enablement and service delivery.
Embedded Finance Value Chain Responsibilities
Partner Onboarding & Enablement
- Facilitate onboarding of external platforms integrating fintech services
- Validate partner requirements, documentation, and readiness
- Coordinate technical and operational setup processes
- Ensure smooth activation of embedded finance capabilities
Integration Oversight & Configuration
- Oversee configuration of embedded payment and lending features
- Ensure accurate mapping between partner systems and fintech infrastructure
- Monitor successful deployment of integrations
Transaction Flow Management
- Supervise transaction flows originating from partner platforms
- Ensure accurate processing of payments, loans, or wallet transactions
- Maintain high levels of transaction reliability and success
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track usage metrics and partner performance
- Identify inefficiencies in transaction flows
- Optimize operational processes to improve scalability
Reporting, Compliance & Governance
- Generate reports on partner activity and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Maintain audit-ready documentation
Extended Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams
- Improve partner experience and onboarding speed
- Support expansion of embedded finance offerings
Required Qualifications
- 5–9 years of experience in embedded finance, payments, or fintech operations
- Strong understanding of API-based financial services
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work remotely across distributed teams
