Position: Remote Fintech Data Intelligence Engineer
Location: Saudi Arabia (Remote)
1. Objective
To develop and maintain a high-performance data intelligence layer that powers predictive analytics, financial insights, and real-time decision-making systems within a fintech environment.
2. Functional Scope
The Fintech Data Intelligence Engineer will operate within a distributed architecture, focusing on:
2.1 Data Engineering
- Build scalable pipelines using stream processing frameworks (Kafka, Flink).
- Design optimized data warehouses for financial reporting and analytics.
- Ensure high data integrity across structured and unstructured datasets.
2.2 Machine Learning Integration
- Deploy models for credit scoring, fraud detection, and customer segmentation.
- Integrate ML pipelines into production environments using MLOps principles.
- Continuously refine models based on real-time transactional data.
2.3 Financial Data Modeling
- Develop schemas tailored to payments, lending, and investment products.
- Implement advanced analytics for risk forecasting and behavioral analysis.
3. Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed computing systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep understanding of financial datasets and regulatory reporting standards.
- Knowledge of data governance, lineage tracking, and compliance frameworks.
4. Operational Expectations
- Maintain system uptime above defined SLA thresholds.
- Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders through real-time dashboards and reporting tools.
- Collaborate across engineering and product teams in an agile environment.
