About the Role
An internationally respected fintech banking institution is seeking a highly innovative Senior Quality Engineer – Fintech Applications, AI Validation & Platform Reliability to deliver enterprise-level quality engineering for next-generation banking applications, AI-powered financial services, payment platforms, customer engagement solutions, and cloud-native digital banking infrastructure.
This advanced engineering role combines software quality assurance, automation architecture, AI model validation, API verification, cloud platform testing, security assessment, performance optimization, and release engineering. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that all technology solutions meet the highest standards of reliability, security, scalability, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Working alongside Artificial Intelligence Engineers, Software Developers, DevOps Engineers, Product Managers, Cloud Architects, Cybersecurity Specialists, Enterprise Architects, Business Analysts, Compliance Officers, and Executive Leadership, you will contribute to building one of the region’s most technologically advanced quality engineering environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design enterprise automation frameworks supporting large-scale fintech platforms.
- Validate software quality across mobile banking, payment processing, lending, and wealth management applications.
- Perform AI model validation, data integrity verification, and algorithm quality assessments.
- Execute API, integration, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Build continuous testing pipelines integrated with DevSecOps workflows.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production incidents and quality issues.
- Develop enterprise quality dashboards and testing metrics.
- Participate in architecture reviews and software design validation.
- Strengthen release management and deployment quality governance.
- Evaluate emerging testing tools and quality engineering technologies.
- Mentor quality engineers and contribute to organizational knowledge sharing.
- Promote continuous innovation across enterprise software quality initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
- Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or Information Systems is advantageous.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in software quality engineering within fintech, banking, enterprise technology, or digital financial services.
- Strong understanding of AI-enabled applications, cloud-native architectures, and automated testing strategies.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
