Role Summary

This position manages payment support and dispute resolution, ensuring customer transactions are accurate, transparent, and efficiently handled within UAE fintech platforms.


Weekly Workflow

Monday – Transaction Review

  • Monitor incoming and outgoing transactions for discrepancies.
  • Identify potential errors and flag them for investigation.

Tuesday – Customer Queries

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding payments, transfers, and account issues.
  • Provide clear and timely guidance to resolve user concerns.

Wednesday – Dispute Management

  • Investigate disputed transactions.
  • Collaborate with operations and technical teams to resolve issues promptly.

Thursday – Reporting

  • Generate weekly reports on transaction issues and resolutions.
  • Track metrics such as resolution time, complaint frequency, and recurring issues.

Friday – Process Optimization

  • Review support workflows and recommend improvements.
  • Document process changes and best practices for internal use.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support for payment systems.
  • Resolve disputes efficiently while maintaining operational accuracy.
  • Collaborate across teams to improve support processes.
  • Track and report key performance metrics.

Experience Requirements

  • 4–7 years in fintech customer support, payments operations, or dispute management.
  • Knowledge of digital payment systems and workflow management.
