EmploySolution is supporting the search for a Customer Experience & Operations Manager within a digitally driven fintech environment. This role sits at the intersection of customer engagement, operational efficiency, and service innovation, ensuring that financial services are delivered seamlessly across digital channels.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing user satisfaction, optimizing service delivery processes, and ensuring consistent operational excellence across customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
Customer Experience Management
- Design and implement customer journey strategies across digital banking platforms
- Monitor customer feedback, complaints, and service metrics to improve experience
- Develop service standards and ensure consistent delivery across all channels
Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily fintech operations including onboarding, transactions, and support services
- Identify inefficiencies in operational workflows and implement improvements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Process Optimization & Innovation
- Introduce automation and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency
- Analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support the rollout of new fintech products from an operations perspective
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
- Work closely with product, engineering, and compliance teams
- Provide leadership and guidance to remote support teams
- Align operational goals with broader business strategy
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in fintech operations, customer experience, or digital banking
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management in financial services
- Experience managing remote teams and cross-functional collaboration
