You will play a central role in ensuring that fintech products are not only functional, but also intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user expectations.
Core Responsibilities
- Analyze customer journeys across fintech platforms, including onboarding, transactions, and support
- Identify friction points and propose solutions to improve user experience
- Collaborate with product and design teams to enhance digital interfaces
- Monitor customer feedback, behavioral data, and engagement metrics
- Support the development of customer-centric product features
- Ensure alignment between CX initiatives and regulatory requirements
- Conduct usability testing and user research activities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital financial services
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline
- 3–6 years of experience in fintech, digital product management, or CX roles
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and digital platforms
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret customer data
