THE MANDATE
We are looking for an accomplished Fintech Corporate Strategy & Digital Transformation Director to shape high-value transformation initiatives across the modern financial ecosystem.
This position is designed for a strategic operator who can move seamlessly between financial economics, technology architecture, organizational transformation and commercial strategy.
You will be responsible for answering the questions that sit above individual products:
Where should the financial platform compete?
Which technologies create genuine economic value?
What capabilities must be built internally?
Which opportunities should be pursued—and which should be rejected?
STRATEGIC PORTFOLIO
Digital Finance
- Develop enterprise-wide digital transformation strategies.
- Identify opportunities to modernize financial operations.
- Establish technology-enabled operating models.
- Build long-range transformation roadmaps.
Payments
- Evaluate payment infrastructure and emerging transaction technologies.
- Develop strategies for payment optimization and ecosystem expansion.
- Analyze transaction economics and customer behavior.
- Identify opportunities across merchant and digital-payment ecosystems.
AI & Data
- Develop frameworks for AI adoption across financial operations.
- Identify high-value automation opportunities.
- Establish data-driven decision frameworks.
- Introduce predictive analytics into strategic planning.
Growth & Market Intelligence
- Evaluate new fintech markets.
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks.
- Assess strategic partnerships.
- Construct commercial business cases for emerging opportunities.
EXECUTIVE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead strategic transformation programs from concept through execution.
- Develop executive-level financial and technology strategies.
- Establish measurable transformation KPIs.
- Evaluate fintech business models.
- Guide investment and technology-prioritization decisions.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary leadership teams.
- Translate complex market intelligence into decisive recommendations.
- Develop strategic presentations for senior leadership.
- Establish frameworks for continuous innovation.
IDEAL PROFILE
12–18+ years of experience across fintech, banking, payments, technology consulting, financial services or digital transformation.
Strong candidates will demonstrate:

INDICATIVE COMPENSATION
KWD 14,000 – 22,000 monthly
Final compensation may vary according to experience, leadership scope and strategic impact.
