An internationally recognized fintech enterprise is recruiting a visionary Director of Embedded Finance Ecosystems to accelerate the integration of financial services into digital commerce, enterprise platforms, and next-generation customer experiences.
The successful executive will oversee strategic partnerships, embedded finance architecture, ecosystem expansion, API commercialization, and digital financial product innovation while driving sustainable regional growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Define embedded finance strategy across regional markets.
- Build strategic partnerships with digital platforms.
- Lead Banking-as-a-Service ecosystem development.
- Oversee API product commercialization.
- Drive embedded lending and payment initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional product delivery.
- Monitor ecosystem performance using advanced analytics.
- Lead commercial negotiations with enterprise partners.
- Support regulatory and operational governance.
- Develop high-performing product and partnership teams.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Economics, or Engineering.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum 9 years of experience within fintech, banking, payments, or digital platforms.
- Strong commercial strategy and partnership management expertise.
- Deep understanding of embedded finance business models.
- Exceptional executive communication and leadership capabilities.
