An internationally recognized financial technology organization is inviting applications from visionary executives to serve as Executive Vice President – FinTech Transformation & Strategic Innovation. This role offers the opportunity to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives that redefine financial services through emerging technologies, operational excellence, and customer-centric innovation.
As a member of the executive leadership team, you will shape long-term business strategy, oversee complex transformation programs, cultivate strategic partnerships, and position the organization as a leader within the rapidly evolving global fintech landscape.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise digital transformation strategies.
- Lead innovation programs across digital banking and payment platforms.
- Build strategic alliances with financial institutions and technology partners.
- Oversee multi-million-dollar transformation portfolios.
- Drive enterprise automation and AI adoption initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, Economics, or Computer Science.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 12+ years of executive leadership experience in fintech, banking, consulting, or financial technology.
- Proven success leading enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Outstanding commercial, financial, and strategic leadership capabilities.
