Role: Remote Fintech Bill Payments & Aggregation Operations Specialist
Location: Remote (Aligned with Oman Market)

Role Summary
This role is responsible for managing a bill payment ecosystem, ensuring seamless aggregation and processing of payments across multiple service providers such as utilities, telecoms, and digital services.
Ecosystem Functions
Aggregator Management
- Maintain integrations with biller systems and aggregators
- Ensure accurate retrieval of billing data
- Monitor system connectivity and uptime
Payment Processing Operations
- Oversee execution of bill payments across channels
- Ensure timely and accurate settlement to billers
- Handle high transaction volumes efficiently
Data Synchronization & Accuracy
- Ensure real-time synchronization of billing information
- Validate payment data across systems
- Resolve discrepancies between billers and platform records
Customer Transaction Support
- Address payment-related issues and disputes
- Ensure transparency in billing and payment status
- Improve customer experience in bill payment journeys
Compliance & Operational Governance
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations
- Maintain audit trails for all transactions
- Support reporting and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in payments, fintech operations, or billing systems
- Understanding of bill payment aggregation models
- Strong operational and analytical skills
- Ability to manage remote workflows
