Your Strategic Mandate
You will not simply monitor compliance—you will architect risk-aware operational frameworks that anticipate regulatory shifts and mitigate systemic vulnerabilities. Working remotely, you will collaborate with distributed teams across risk, legal, and technology functions.
Core Areas of Impact
- Regulatory Compliance: Interpret and implement financial regulations relevant to digital payments, lending platforms, and virtual assets
- Risk Assessment: Identify operational, credit, and fraud risks within fintech systems
- Policy Development: Draft and refine compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Monitoring & Reporting: Develop compliance dashboards and generate regulatory reports
- Audit Support: Prepare documentation for internal and external audits
Analytical & Technical Tools
- Risk management software and compliance tracking systems

Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Economics, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in compliance, risk, or fintech operations
- Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, and financial crime prevention
- Ability to interpret complex regulatory texts and translate them into operational processes
