Architect the Banking Experience of the Future
An internationally respected financial technology organization is seeking a visionary Executive Vice President – Digital Banking Transformation to spearhead enterprise-wide modernization initiatives that redefine how financial institutions deliver digital banking services across the GCC and international markets.
This executive role is designed for an influential leader who can bridge technology innovation with commercial excellence, leading transformational programmes that integrate cloud computing, AI-driven banking solutions, intelligent automation, and customer-centric financial platforms.
You will collaborate directly with the Executive Board while leading multidisciplinary teams responsible for engineering, digital strategy, product innovation, operations, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Define the organization’s long-term digital banking transformation strategy.
- Lead enterprise modernization of core financial technology platforms.
- Oversee digital channel innovation across retail, SME, and corporate banking solutions.
- Direct cloud migration and enterprise architecture initiatives.
- Build strategic alliances with banking institutions and technology partners.
- Drive AI adoption across financial operations and customer engagement.
- Establish governance frameworks supporting enterprise-scale innovation.
- Monitor executive performance metrics and technology investments.
- Present strategic transformation programmes to board committees.
- Build a culture of operational excellence and continuous innovation.
Executive Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or Information Technology.
- MBA strongly preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership experience within fintech, banking, enterprise technology, or digital transformation.
- Proven success delivering large-scale financial modernization programmes.
- Exceptional commercial judgement, leadership, and executive communication capabilities.
