This opportunity is ideal for a commercially driven professional who thrives on building strategic relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and delivering innovative financial technology solutions to banks, payment providers, financial institutions, government entities, and enterprise clients.

You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by introducing transformative fintech products that improve operational efficiency, customer engagement, payment infrastructure, and digital financial experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic B2B sales initiatives across the GCC.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new enterprise business opportunities.
  • Build long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Present tailored fintech solutions aligned with client business objectives.
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with product, implementation, and customer success teams.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports using CRM platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Proven success in enterprise sales within fintech, banking, SaaS, or financial technology.
  • Strong knowledge of digital payments, API banking, embedded finance, or merchant acquiring.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to engage executive stakeholders across complex sales environments.
