Job Overview
This role is designed for a senior fintech and crypto infrastructure professional responsible for building the next generation of institutional digital payment ecosystems powered by blockchain technology and stablecoin settlement frameworks. You will oversee the architecture, deployment, and scaling of platforms that enable businesses, financial institutions, and enterprise clients to conduct real-time, cross-border digital asset transactions with speed, transparency, and operational security.
As global financial systems increasingly adopt programmable money and blockchain-based settlement mechanisms, this role requires an individual capable of merging traditional payment infrastructure with advanced crypto-financial technologies.
You will work across multiple layers of the ecosystem, including payment orchestration, blockchain settlement rails, treasury liquidity systems, and enterprise-grade compliance architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of institutional crypto payment networks supporting stablecoin-based settlement and digital asset transfers.
- Design transaction infrastructures for cross-border blockchain settlement and treasury movement optimization.
- Build scalable APIs and middleware layers connecting crypto payment systems with traditional financial institutions.
- Implement smart routing mechanisms for multi-chain payment execution and liquidity management.
- Oversee stablecoin operational frameworks including issuance support, redemption flows, and reserve transparency integration.
- Develop transaction monitoring and blockchain intelligence systems for operational security and fraud prevention.
- Collaborate with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure adherence to evolving digital asset frameworks.
- Optimize transaction throughput, settlement efficiency, and network resilience across payment environments.
- Coordinate infrastructure scaling strategies to support institutional transaction growth.

- Experience designing enterprise-grade financial transaction systems
- Deep understanding of cross-border payment operations and liquidity management
- Familiarity with blockchain interoperability and smart contract interaction layers
- Strong operational leadership and fintech strategy capabilities
