A globally connected financial technology organization is seeking an accomplished Executive Director β FinTech Infrastructure Modernization to lead the transformation of enterprise financial platforms supporting digital banking, payment processing, intelligent automation, and next-generation financial services.
This executive opportunity is designed for a strategic technology leader capable of modernizing legacy financial ecosystems into highly scalable, cloud-native platforms while ensuring operational resilience, cybersecurity, regulatory readiness, and exceptional customer experiences.
As part of the Executive Leadership Council, you will oversee multi-disciplinary teams spanning platform engineering, cloud operations, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, product delivery, and digital transformation.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise technology modernization strategies.
- Lead migration of financial platforms to cloud-native architectures.
- Oversee enterprise payment infrastructure transformation.
- Strengthen operational resilience and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Direct technology governance and enterprise architecture standards.
- Build strategic partnerships with financial institutions and technology providers.
- Drive automation, AI adoption, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Monitor enterprise technology investment and performance metrics.
- Present modernization roadmaps to executive leadership and board committees.
- Mentor senior technology leaders while cultivating a culture of innovation.
Executive Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of executive technology leadership within fintech, banking, or enterprise financial services.
- Extensive experience leading large-scale digital transformation programmes.
- Exceptional executive communication, commercial insight, and strategic leadership.
