This position offers the opportunity to architect sophisticated financial solutions while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams responsible for delivering resilient digital banking technologies used across regional and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design enterprise-scale fintech software architectures.
- Develop secure payment processing platforms and transaction engines.
- Build blockchain-enabled financial applications.
- Develop APIs supporting banking integrations.
- Create highly available cloud-native financial systems.
- Implement advanced authentication and encryption frameworks.
- Optimize backend microservices for low-latency financial transactions.
- Design fraud prevention and risk detection modules.
- Build financial reporting engines.
- Integrate payment gateways and digital wallets.
- Develop automated reconciliation systems.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines for production deployments.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams.
- Produce technical documentation and software architecture diagrams.
- Ensure financial systems achieve exceptional reliability and scalability.
Technical Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 6+ years developing enterprise software.
- Strong expertise in Java, Kotlin, Go, Python or C#.
- Experience with Spring Boot, .NET Core or Node.js.
- Advanced SQL and NoSQL database knowledge.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- RESTful API and GraphQL development.
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud).
- Git version control.
- Linux server administration.
- Event-driven architecture.
- Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Secure coding methodologies.
- OAuth2, JWT and identity management.
- Blockchain development experience is highly desirable.
