Reporting directly to the Executive Leadership Council, you will identify emerging market opportunities, influence investment priorities, and build strategic partnerships that position the organisation for sustained growth across the Gulf and international financial sectors.
Strategic Responsibilities

Develop enterprise-wide corporate growth strategies.

Lead regional and international market expansion programmes.

Identify strategic investment opportunities across financial technology sectors.

Conduct executive-level commercial due diligence.

Build long-term partnerships with financial institutions and technology innovators.

Mentor senior commercial and strategy professionals.

Executive Profile

MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, International Business, or Technology Management.

Minimum 15 years of executive leadership experience in fintech, banking, consulting, or financial services.

Strong commercial judgment, strategic planning, and negotiation expertise.

Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
