This organization is aggressively building cloud-native banking ecosystems integrating AI-powered transaction intelligence, enterprise API orchestration, intelligent treasury visibility systems, automated compliance infrastructure, real-time payment processing environments, predictive operational finance analytics, and scalable customer financial engagement platforms supporting multinational banking and commerce operations.
The role is engineered for elite fintech transformation leaders capable of combining enterprise banking modernization, operational scalability engineering, intelligent transaction ecosystems, and cloud infrastructure optimization into adaptive next-generation financial platforms.
The selected executive will oversee enterprise-wide modernization initiatives across digital banking architecture, institutional payment ecosystems, operational resilience frameworks, and enterprise financial interoperability systems.
Strategic Role Overview
The Executive Director – Fintech Cloud Core Banking Transformation & Digital Finance Infrastructure will supervise enterprise modernization initiatives involving banking infrastructure transformation, financial ecosystem scalability, intelligent operational finance systems, and digital banking continuity architecture.
This role combines fintech leadership, enterprise infrastructure strategy, digital banking modernization, and institutional finance transformation governance.

- Coordinate enterprise payment modernization and treasury infrastructure optimization strategies
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, analytics, engineering, and operations teams
- Strengthen cloud-native governance systems and financial infrastructure reliability frameworks
- Improve customer financial engagement ecosystems across enterprise banking platforms
- Conduct enterprise architecture analysis and operational modernization planning initiatives
- Evaluate emerging technologies shaping future institutional banking ecosystems
- Supervise enterprise finance optimization and transaction visibility modernization programs
- Mentor multidisciplinary infrastructure and financial modernization teams
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Financial Technology, Information Systems, or related discipline
- 10–18 years of experience in fintech transformation, banking infrastructure modernization, or enterprise financial systems
- Strong expertise in cloud-native banking ecosystems and enterprise financial operations
- Deep understanding of transaction orchestration systems and digital finance scalability frameworks
- Experience leading multinational banking modernization initiatives
- Familiarity with operational resilience and enterprise cybersecurity governance ecosystems
- Exceptional executive leadership and strategic communication capabilities
- GCC digital banking modernization exposure strongly preferred
