An internationally respected financial technology organization is seeking an accomplished Executive Director β Financial Intelligence, Digital Trust & Cyber Innovation to lead the strategic evolution of secure digital financial ecosystems across the Gulf region.
This executive role offers a unique opportunity to influence enterprise-wide cyber resilience, AI-powered fraud prevention, financial intelligence, digital identity, and regulatory innovation while collaborating with executive boards, financial institutions, technology partners, and international regulatory stakeholders.
You will be entrusted with building one of the region’s most secure and intelligent financial technology environments capable of supporting millions of digital financial interactions with world-class resilience and customer confidence.
Your Executive Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop enterprise cyber-fintech strategies.
- Lead digital trust initiatives.
- Build intelligent fraud prevention ecosystems.
- Direct financial intelligence programmes.
- Shape enterprise resilience roadmaps.
Technology Innovation
- Oversee AI-powered fraud analytics.
- Strengthen identity verification platforms.
- Modernize cybersecurity operations.
- Improve intelligent threat detection.
- Drive enterprise automation initiatives.
Governance & Risk
- Lead financial risk governance.
- Enhance regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Develop enterprise resilience programmes.
- Present strategic reports to executive leadership.
- Support international regulatory engagement.
Leadership
- Mentor multidisciplinary executive teams.
- Build innovation-focused organizational culture.
- Strengthen strategic partnerships.
- Promote operational excellence.
- Lead enterprise transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- MBA or Master’s Degree preferred.
- 15+ years of executive leadership experience within fintech, banking, cybersecurity, or financial services.
- Proven record leading enterprise-scale transformation.
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
