Executive Mandate
We are seeking an accomplished Executive to lead large-scale digital banking transformation initiatives across a rapidly evolving financial-technology environment.
The mandate is centred on redesigning traditional banking capabilities around digital customer experiences, intelligent automation, modern payment infrastructure, data-driven decision-making and scalable technology platforms.
This professional will operate across strategy and execution, translating ambitious transformation objectives into measurable programmes with clear commercial, technological and customer outcomes.
Strategic Responsibilities

Establish and execute an enterprise-wide digital banking transformation roadmap.

Identify opportunities to modernize legacy banking processes and technology.

Lead strategic initiatives spanning digital channels, payments, automation and financial platforms.

Develop transformation priorities based on customer, commercial and technological requirements.

Oversee cross-functional programmes involving technology, product, operations, data and risk.

Establish transformation KPIs, milestones and executive reporting structures.

Evaluate emerging fintech technologies and their strategic relevance.

Drive adoption of automation across high-volume banking processes.

Sponsor improvements to digital customer journeys and financial-product accessibility.

Align technology investments with measurable business outcomes.

Establish governance structures for major transformation programmes.

Manage senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.

Identify operational inefficiencies and develop technology-enabled solutions.

Communicate transformation progress, risks and opportunities to executive leadership.
Experience Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Economics or a related discipline; advanced qualification preferred.

12+ years of experience in banking, fintech, digital transformation or financial technology.

Proven leadership of complex transformation programmes.

Strong understanding of digital banking, payments and financial technology architecture.

Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and strategic initiatives.

Excellent commercial judgement and executive communication skills.

Strong understanding of technology modernization and change management.
