Position Overview
As institutional participation in digital finance accelerates, an innovative fintech organization is strengthening its executive operations capability by appointing a Global Director – Digital Asset Operations & Institutional Custody.
The successful leader will oversee secure custody operations, institutional settlement processes, operational governance, digital asset lifecycle management, reconciliation, and operational resilience supporting sophisticated financial institutions.
Compensation Package
BHD 5,400 – BHD 8,100 Monthly

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead institutional custody operations.
- Develop secure digital asset operating models.
- Manage enterprise settlement processes.
- Improve operational risk management.
- Build scalable custody frameworks.
- Supervise reconciliation operations.
- Strengthen internal operational controls.
- Coordinate cross-border financial operations.
- Develop institutional client service standards.
- Optimize operational efficiency.
- Lead enterprise process automation.
- Establish business continuity frameworks.
- Mentor operational leadership teams.
- Drive continuous operational improvement.
- Ensure enterprise governance excellence.
Essential Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Technology, Economics, or Business.
- Minimum 12 years in financial operations, institutional banking, fintech operations, or capital markets.
- Strong leadership experience managing enterprise operational teams.
- Knowledge of institutional financial infrastructure.
- Exceptional analytical and organizational capabilities.
