Architect the Technology Behind the Future of Global Banking
An internationally recognized fintech banking institution is embarking on a large-scale modernization programme to redefine digital banking through cloud-native architecture, artificial intelligence, real-time payments, intelligent automation, open banking integration, and enterprise-scale financial ecosystems.
To support this strategic vision, the organization is seeking a highly accomplished Enterprise Architect to define and govern the technology blueprint that will power millions of secure financial transactions across multiple international markets.
This role extends beyond designing technology solutions—you will shape enterprise architecture strategy, influence executive technology investments, establish engineering standards, and ensure that every platform is resilient, scalable, secure, and future-ready.
Working closely with Chief Technology Leadership, Solution Architects, Software Engineering Managers, Cybersecurity Specialists, DevOps Engineers, Product Executives, Data Architects, AI Engineers, Risk Professionals, and Business Leaders, you will become one of the principal technology decision-makers within the organization.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-wide architecture strategies supporting digital banking transformation.
- Design scalable cloud-native banking ecosystems.
- Define architecture governance, standards, and best practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and enterprise platforms.
- Lead technology roadmap planning aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Review complex solution architectures before implementation.
- Guide modernization of legacy banking platforms.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to strengthen enterprise resilience.
- Support API-first and microservices architecture initiatives.
- Establish architectural principles for AI, analytics, payments, and digital channels.
- Mentor solution architects and senior engineering teams.
- Present strategic architecture recommendations to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree is highly desirable.
- Minimum 10 years of enterprise architecture, software engineering, or technology leadership experience within banking, fintech, or enterprise technology.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing, enterprise integration, distributed systems, and secure software architecture.
