A rapidly growing fintech banking institution is searching for a visionary Solution Architect to lead the design of secure, scalable, and high-performance payment ecosystems supporting digital wallets, merchant acquiring, embedded finance, cross-border payment infrastructure, and real-time transaction processing.
As the technical bridge between business vision and engineering execution, you will transform strategic ideas into enterprise-grade technology solutions capable of supporting rapid organizational growth and exceptional customer experiences.
Working alongside Product Managers, Software Engineers, Cloud Architects, DevSecOps Engineers, Cybersecurity Specialists, Compliance Professionals, Business Analysts, and Executive Leadership, you will shape innovative financial products that redefine how individuals and businesses move money across digital channels.
Core Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end architecture for payment and digital banking solutions.
- Produce solution blueprints, technical documentation, and architecture diagrams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Define integration strategies for enterprise platforms and third-party services.
- Lead technical design workshops and architecture reviews.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security objectives.
- Support Agile delivery teams during implementation.
- Evaluate emerging fintech technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
- Guide cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
- Promote architecture governance and engineering excellence.
- Mentor development teams and technical leads.
- Drive innovation across enterprise payment platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise software development, solution architecture, or fintech engineering.
- Proven experience designing enterprise payment or banking systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and technical communication skills.
