The Vision

This exceptional Architect position is designed for a technology strategist capable of transforming fragmented financial data into intelligent, secure and scalable digital ecosystems.
You will design the conceptual and technical foundations behind advanced financial-intelligence platforms, combining AI, machine learning, real-time analytics, cloud infrastructure, data engineering and financial-domain intelligence.
Core Mission
Your mandate will include:
01 — Intelligence Architecture
Design enterprise-grade data and AI architectures capable of processing complex financial datasets at scale.
02 — Predictive Finance
Develop frameworks for forecasting customer behaviour, liquidity patterns, transaction activity and financial risk.
03 — AI Infrastructure
Define architectures for machine-learning pipelines, model governance, intelligent automation and real-time decision engines.
04 — Financial Data Engineering
Establish robust data models integrating transactional, customer, market and operational datasets.
05 — Platform Modernisation
Lead the transition from fragmented legacy systems toward modular, API-driven and cloud-enabled financial platforms.
06 — Strategic Technology Leadership
Influence technology roadmaps while ensuring that architecture remains aligned with commercial and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Develop enterprise architecture for AI-enabled financial platforms.

Design real-time analytical and decision-support infrastructure.

Establish data governance and model lifecycle frameworks.

Evaluate emerging AI technologies for practical financial applications.

Collaborate with engineering, product, risk, cybersecurity and finance teams.

Develop scalable API and microservices architectures.

Improve data quality, observability and interoperability.

Establish technology standards for high-availability financial systems.

Assess architectural risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Produce technical strategies that can support regional and international expansion.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will combine the thinking of an enterprise architect, financial technologist and data strategist.
Preferred experience includes:

8–15 years in technology architecture, fintech, banking, financial data or enterprise platforms.

Strong experience with cloud architecture, APIs, distributed systems and data platforms.

Advanced understanding of AI/ML architecture and analytics.

Experience designing mission-critical financial technology.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity, resilience and technology governance.

Excellent strategic communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Indicative Package
QAR 48,000–72,000 monthly, subject to experience, leadership scope and overall compensation structure, with potential performance-based incentives and executive benefits.
