Engineering Mission
We are seeking a highly capable Engineer to build and optimize software systems supporting real-time financial transactions.
The successful candidate will work on systems where latency, reliability, transaction integrity and scalability are fundamental engineering requirements. This role is suited to a developer who enjoys solving complex distributed-systems problems in environments where software performance directly affects financial outcomes.
Technical Responsibilities

Develop highly scalable services supporting real-time financial transactions.

Build reliable transaction-processing and payment-orchestration components.

Design APIs connecting fintech applications with financial institutions and payment networks.

Develop event-driven services for high-volume transaction environments.

Implement resilient error-handling and recovery mechanisms.

Improve system latency, throughput and availability.

Build automated testing for critical financial workflows.

Monitor production systems and investigate technical incidents.

Conduct root-cause analysis and implement permanent corrective measures.

Collaborate with architects, product managers, security engineers and data specialists.

Participate in code reviews and engineering standards development.

Contribute to cloud migration and platform-modernization initiatives.

Develop technical documentation covering system behaviour and integration requirements.
Technical Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.

5+ years of professional software-engineering experience.

Strong proficiency in Java, Python, Go, C# or comparable languages.

Experience with APIs, microservices and distributed systems.

Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.

Experience with cloud environments and containerized applications.

Understanding of payment systems or financial transaction processing strongly preferred.

Strong debugging, testing and system-design capabilities.
