Role Summary
The Embedded Finance Product Lead will oversee the development and expansion of financial services embedded within non-financial digital platforms, such as e-commerce, mobility, and SaaS ecosystems. This role combines product leadership, financial integration strategy, and ecosystem partnership development.
Strategic Mandate
- Define the long-term vision for embedded finance offerings including payments, lending, and insurance integrations
- Identify opportunities to integrate financial services into third-party platforms
- Develop scalable product frameworks for API-based financial service delivery
- Align embedded finance initiatives with regional fintech growth trends
Operational Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, compliance, and partnerships
- Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and iteration
- Monitor product performance metrics such as adoption, transaction volume, and revenue contribution
- Ensure seamless integration of financial services into partner platforms
Technical & Product Scope
- API-first financial service architecture
- Payment processing and lending integrations
- Customer onboarding and identity verification systems
- Data analytics for product performance and customer behavior
Candidate Requirements
- 6–9 years experience in fintech product management or embedded finance
- Strong understanding of API ecosystems and financial service integration
- Experience working with cross-border fintech solutions
- Proven leadership in remote or distributed teams
