An internationally expanding fintech enterprise is seeking a strategic Director – FinTech Product Innovation & Digital Commerce to lead the end-to-end development of innovative financial products serving businesses, merchants, and consumers across the Gulf region.
This executive leadership role combines product strategy, commercial innovation, customer experience, and technology delivery to build scalable financial platforms that support digital payments, embedded finance, and enterprise financial services.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Define enterprise product vision and innovation strategy.
- Lead product lifecycle management from concept through commercialization.
- Build strategic product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, analytics, compliance, and commercial teams.
- Conduct customer research and competitive market analysis.
- Optimize digital customer journeys and product adoption.
- Drive product performance using advanced analytics and business intelligence.
- Present executive product strategies to leadership teams.
- Mentor multidisciplinary product management professionals.
- Foster continuous innovation and customer-focused development.
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in fintech product management, digital banking, SaaS, or financial services.
- Proven success launching enterprise digital financial products.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
