IDEAL PROFILE

12+ years in fintech, banking, data strategy, AI, analytics or digital transformation.

Senior leadership experience in data-intensive environments.

Strong understanding of financial datasets and transaction ecosystems.

Advanced knowledge of AI and machine learning.

Strong commercial and strategic judgement.

Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.

Excellent executive communication.

GCC or international financial-services experience preferred.
Indicative Compensation
QAR 60,000–90,000 monthly + performance incentives + executive benefits.
