An influential opportunity has emerged for an accomplished business leader to expand strategic partnerships across the Gulf’s rapidly evolving financial technology landscape.
As Director β Fintech Ecosystem Expansion & Strategic Alliances, you will identify high-value collaboration opportunities, negotiate transformational partnerships, and cultivate relationships with banks, technology firms, payment providers, venture ecosystems, and innovation accelerators.
This position offers the opportunity to shape regional fintech growth by connecting innovative ideas with commercial execution and long-term strategic value.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional partnership strategies.
- Build relationships with financial institutions, technology providers, and innovation hubs.
- Identify new market opportunities and commercial growth initiatives.
- Negotiate strategic collaboration agreements and enterprise partnerships.
- Support product commercialization and regional expansion.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis.
- Lead cross-functional partnership projects from concept to execution.
- Represent the organization at international fintech events and investment forums.
- Deliver executive reports on partnership performance and business growth.
- Foster innovation through collaborative ecosystem development.
Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Technology.
- 10+ years of experience in fintech partnerships, corporate strategy, or business development.
- Strong commercial negotiation and relationship management expertise.
- Proven ability to drive strategic growth initiatives across international markets.
- Outstanding executive presentation and communication skills.
