This role focuses on developing secure digital asset infrastructure, payment technologies, and cloud-native banking services that support institutional clients and enterprise financial platforms across the Gulf region and international markets.
You will collaborate with elite engineering teams to create resilient, high-performance solutions that meet the demands of an increasingly digital financial landscape.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-grade fintech applications.
- Build secure APIs for payment processing and digital financial services.
- Engineer cloud-native microservices for mission-critical workloads.
- Integrate digital asset platforms with banking and payment ecosystems.
- Develop event-driven architectures for real-time transaction processing.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
- Implement DevSecOps practices throughout the software lifecycle.
- Lead technical architecture reviews and engineering governance.
- Mentor software developers and establish coding standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 6+ years of enterprise software development experience.
- Expertise in Java, Kotlin, Go, Python, or C#.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or Oracle.
- Excellent analytical and leadership capabilities.
