A globally expanding fintech enterprise is seeking a commercially driven Director – FinTech Enterprise Growth & Strategic Alliances to accelerate regional expansion by creating transformational partnerships with banks, payment institutions, enterprise organizations, telecommunications providers, and technology innovators.
This executive opportunity combines business development, corporate strategy, commercial leadership, and financial technology expertise to unlock new markets and deliver sustainable business growth.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise partnership and commercial growth strategies.
- Identify and negotiate high-value strategic alliances.
- Lead regional market expansion initiatives across the Gulf region.
- Build executive relationships with institutional clients and technology partners.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, finance, and legal teams.
- Develop revenue forecasts and strategic investment proposals.
- Conduct competitive market analysis and opportunity assessments.
- Present commercial strategies to executive leadership.
- Mentor regional business development and partnership teams.
- Represent the organization at global fintech, investment, and digital banking events.
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related discipline.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in fintech, enterprise sales, banking, management consulting, or corporate partnerships.
- Proven expertise in strategic negotiations, commercial growth, and executive stakeholder management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and business development capabilities.
