Strategic Responsibilities
- Architect highly scalable financial software platforms.
- Lead the development of distributed microservices and cloud-native applications.
- Design resilient API ecosystems for banking and payment integrations.
- Build high-throughput transaction processing services.
- Champion secure software engineering and DevSecOps practices.
- Oversee enterprise system modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with product, compliance, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams.
- Mentor senior engineers and technical leads.
- Optimize application performance, availability, and scalability.
- Establish engineering governance, coding standards, and software quality metrics.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation.
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Minimum 8 years of enterprise software development experience.
- Proven expertise in Java, Go, C#, Kotlin, or Python.
- Strong background in microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud architecture.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
